Dinkas born to rule the South Sudan?

A typical conversation of three friend
men of the South Sudan, is recorded here
as a tale of leadership i.e. Mr.
Dinka, Mr. Nuer, and Mr. Zandi.
Mr. Nuer asked a question like this,
“Why do Dinkas claim that they are born
to rule the people of South Sudan
instead to be ruled?” Yea! It is correct
for, “We are well organized over Nuer
and other tribes in the South Sudan.
Therefore, we are born to rule “Said by
Mr. Dinka. Pause--, Mr. Nuer, comes up
with surprise, “Do you really believe
that Dinka are born to rule other people
my friend?” “Yes, I do believe it”. Mr.
Dinka answered. Awe! “Are you kidding my
friend?” Mr. Nuer asked, “No, I am not,
I am telling you the truth”, answered by
Mr. Dinka. Mmmm-!!!! “For, how long do
you estimate that Dinka are going to
rule the South Sudan as a proof of their
being born not to be ruled?” Mr. Nuer
asked. “Nobody knows my friend only God
knows it”, Mr. Dinka answered. That is
wonderful! “Is it true that Monyjang are
only born to rule the South Sudanese?”
Mr. Nuer asked. “Yes, it is”, Mr. Dinka
answered. That is astonishing! “Isn’t it
an allegation my friend Dinka? “Do you
really mean it?” Mr. Nuer asked. “Yes,
it is not an allegation, it is the fact
that Dinka are born to rule”. Mr. Dinka
answered. Amazing! “How do you prove it
man?” Mr. Nuer said,
“Wow! “You Nuers, aren’t you wise to
recognize the successive leadership that
took place in the South Sudan? Look!
“What successive leadership do you talk
about? Mr. Nuer said. “The successive
leadership of Dinka over the South
Sudan” Mr. Dinka answered. “Hoo! My
goodness! “I do not know that Dinka
is ruling over the South Sudan as a
result of their superiority”, Mr. Nuer
answered. You are pretending, “Didn’t
the history prove it to us that Dinka
are born to rule, not to be ruled? Mr.
Dinka said. “Yes, it tells us nothing
about Dinka”, Mr. Nuer replied. “Wow!!
“What do know Mr. Nuer, about the
history of Dinka in the course of
leadership of South Sudan until the
coming of Referendum for self
determination 2011?” Mr. Dinka
asked. “I think, there is none of it
about Dinka”, Mr. Nuer answered. O,
my gosh!!! “We, Dinka are lucky, let us
enjoy it” Mr. Dinka shouted!! “What
happen to you my friend? What do you
enjoy? Are you crazy?” No, I am not
crazy, “I do not lie I mean it that we,
Dinka are lucky, said by Mr. Dinka. “For
what way are you lucky?” Mr. Nuer asked.
“Because Nuers do not know what goes on
in the country till today”, Mr. Dinka
answered. If, we, Nuer knew it, “What
do you think will happen to you as Dinka?”
Mr. Nuer asked. Mmmm--maa---Yea, I think
“Dinka would not be the superior (Lion)
tribe of the South Sudan until now”,
said by Mr. Dinka. “What? Are you Lion
tribe? Mr. Nuer asked. “Yes, we are”,
Mr. Dinka replied. “O, my gosh, I am
sorry!!! I never heard that Dinkas
have met the characteristics of
superiority in our Nuer history, for we
have converted hundred thousands of
Dinkas into our culture and captured
many territories by war in our heritage?
Mr. Nuer said. Aggressively, “Why Dinka
is not a Lion tribe of the South Sudan
my Nuer friend?” said by Mr. Dinka. “Nuers
always defeated Dinkas, when they fought
a good fight according to the history of
our country. “Dinka cannot be entitled a
Lion Tribe, instead of Nuer,” said by
Mr. Nuer. “Of course, you Nuer might
think that you can defeat Dinka in
tribal war; however, Why Nuers are used
to be subordinates of Dinka government
according to our political game in the
South Sudan? Mr. Dinka said. Or “If you
think Nuers are the greatest warriors
above all the South Sudan, “Why do we
rule over you always particularly Dinka
Bor? “Can a superior be entitling to
subordinates? Mr. Dinka asked. “No, it
cannot come, said by Mr. Nuer. Then,
“How do you think that Nuers are
stronger than Dinkas until now,
otherwise you Nuer will not discover the
secret of leadership till the end comes.
“What did you said? Till what? “Do you
mean the end of the age?” Yes, the end
of the time. What time is it? “The time
of Dinka leadership”, Wow, it is very
ridiculous! “Do you actually think that
Dinkas have superiority over the entire
community of the South Sudan including
Nuer? Mr. Nuer said. “Yes, we do, “Dinkas
have great supremacy over you,” said by
Mr. Dinka. Ha!! “Can you tell me about
your supremacy? Mr Nuer asked. “Alright,
I will brief you about our political
sovereignty over you according to the
dispensation of our leadership in the
South Sudan, said by Mr. Dinka.
Intermission, Mr. Zandi kept silence
until Mr. Dinka and Mr. Nuer recessed at
the point of conflict. Moreover, Mr.
Zandi asked Mr. Dinka “Is it impossible
for Dinka to be ruled by other South
Sudanese? Surely, it will take time for
you to overthrow Dinka from the
authority of the Southern Sudan, unless
you form another movement rather than
SPLA, said by Mr. Dinka. “That is
Horrific, “You are wrong indeed, Mr.
Dinka; you are lost in mind; you are not
only the powerful tribe in the South
Sudan. Mr. Zandi said. “Nuers are also
not only the strongest fighters of the
South Sudan” said by Mr. Zandi. “Why do
you always think negatively my friends
about the war? How many tribes are there
in the South Sudan? Are they not strong
like you guys?” Mr. Zandi said. Well,
“You Nuer and Dinka are seemed to be
warriors because of your too much “illiteracy”.
If we come to the standard of education,
Equatorians are considered to be the
intellectual and wise people over the
South Sudan, said by Mr. Zandi. I think,
“We, Juba people, the capital city of
the South Sudan are viewed as the
peaceful community according to the
situation of the country”, Mr. Zandi
said. No! “Though, you are found the
most educated group of the South Sudan,
yet you are still less than Nuer or
Dinka in comparison”, Mr. Dinka said.
“How are we less than you Dinka and Nuer?
Mr. Zandi asked, --Mr. Nuer entered,
“You are not warriors like Nuer and
Dinka, for it is Dinka and Nuer’s war
which brought our freedom and liberation
today?” Mr. Nuer told to Mr. Zandi. Ho!
My gosh, Mr. Zandi said, you Nuer?
“Do you accept also the claim of Dinka
that they are born to rule instead to be
ruled? Mr. Zandi asked Mr. Nuer. “No, I
cannot agree with Dinka ideology,
because they proud of nothing, Mr. Nuer
replied. Then, “Why do you support the
superiority of Dinka over us”, Mr. Zandi
asked Mr. Nuer. “I am sorry my friend.
Mr. Nuer confessed. “Dinka’s time of
leadership is at an hand to be
finishing”. We, Nuer will take over the
position of first man and the position
of first lady in the South Sudan very
soon; we shall accomplish our goals very
immediately toward leadership, Mr Nuer
said to Mr. Zandi. “Why don’t you wait
for Ngundeng to come up with power and
remove Dinka from the power, and place
the Nuer into the seat of the president
my friend Nuer? Mr. Zandi said to Mr.
Nuer. “How do you know it, if Ngundeng
had already remove Dinka from the
superiority? For, it is not Ngundeng as
a person can change the power, but god
of Ngundeng. Mr. Nuer told to Mr. Zandi.
Pause, Mr. Dinka moved up and got into
conversation, “I don’t think so it can't
happen. I think, “Ngundeng cannot force
Dinka from the position of top
government, because he has also
predicted something about our leadership
Mr. Dinka told to Mr. Nuer and Mr. Zandi.
Wonderful! “Are you going to rule us for
another more years in addition to the
thirty seven years of these three
leaders? Mr. Nuer asked Mr. Dinka. Of
course, if it is possible. “The
leadership of theHon. Abel Alier,
Hon. Dr. John Garang De Mabior, and Hon.
Salva Kiir Mayardit, is not enough
for Dinka, we shall continue our
leadership under Salva Kiir the current
president of the Republic of South
Sudan, and we are the first in history
of SPLA/M. Mr. Dinka said to Mr. Nuer
and Mr. Zandi. Contrarily, Mr. Nuer said
to Mr. Dinka, your time will be finished
definitely after July 9, 2011, “What
will you do after July 9, 2011 as Nuer
particularly? Mr. Dinka asked Mr. Nuer.
“We shall show you that we are the Lion
tribe of all the South Sudan, we shall
reveal our supremacy to you by all
means; and you will know that Nuer is
the biggest strong community in the
South Sudan instead of Dinka. Mr. Nuer
said to Mr. Dinka. Ha! Bi- sumi-lah el
Aman el rehim! “You Mr. Nuer and Mr.
Zandi, “Can you deny these three leaders
were born of Dinka tribe?” Mr. Dinka
asked. Surely, “We cannot deny the
truth that these people are Dinkas”,
both Mr. Nuer and Mr. Zandi said, “Do
you agreed with me? Mr. Dinka asked
them. “Yes, we do agree”, Mr. Nuer and
Mr. Zandi. Then let me tell you more
about Dinka’s confidential policy”.
Mr. Dinka start to tell his friends a
briefly history about the time of Dinka
leadership. Since, 1973, Honourable
Abel Alier ruled the Local Attorney
government as the president of the South
Sudan until 1983, then the “kokora” took
place and the Southern Sudan was divided
into three regions. E.g Bahr Algazel, Equatoria, and UpperNile. Yet,
before the end of 1983, Col. Dr. John
Garang De Mabior rebelled against the
ruling power. Jafer Mohammed Nimeri was
the president of the Sudan in that
time. Within the same year, Dr. John
signed a deal with president Mangistu
Hailee Mariam, the president of
Ethiopia. John swore (oath) that his
country will be a member of Communist
countries when he captures (over throws)
the government of the Sudan. Dr. John
and his entire communist military
trainees ruled their SPLA/M for 10 years
under the laws and rules of Communism.
Unfortunately, the strong dictator man,
Mangistu Hailee Mariam was overthrown
and shamefully defeated by strong
Revolutionary military movement of
Eretria and Tigray in 1991. Dr. John
Garang made a good decision on behalf of
South Sudanese; he signed the
Comprehensive Peace Agreement with
government of the Sudan, though he had
deceived Abyie, Darfur,
and Blue Nile. Unfortunately, Dr.
John died in air crush after 21 days of
PCA. Next, General Salva Kiir Mayardit
succeeded him as well. “Is this not the
sign of superiority of Dinka over the
South Sudan my friends?” Mr. Dinka asked
Mr. Nuer and Mr. Zandi Yea, “You are
right Mr. Dinka, “It is a long time
leadership”, both Mr. Nuer, and Mr.
Zandi accepted the history.
Finally, Mr. Nuer said, if it is not
possible through casting a ballot, “We,
the Nuer shall take it by force whether
you like or not”. Arrogantly, “We don’t
scary of any tribe in the South Sudan
including Dinka,” Mr. Nuer said, “Nuer
will not forgive the South Sudanese
again at this time like before.”
Otherwise, we shall destroy all of you
unless you surrender to Nuer. Mr. Nuer
was disappointed by long period of Dinka
leadership over the South Sudan. But Mr.
Zandi convinced Mr. Nuer that Nuers are
the right people to rule the South Sudan
because they are unlike Dinka in culture
and leadership, Nuer accepted the minor
tribe to live with them, though they
fight them. Nuer never allows his
relative to torture guests at their
homes because of tribal war. Nuer
supplies the guest with food, Nuer never
demolish the peace they sign with
enemies. Nuers like to compromise with
people that fears them. Mr. Zandi made a
good conclusion of the proposition. Mr.
Nuer went with the hope of winning. The
three friends went back to their normal
relationship.
